in an effort to get back in the habit of blogging again i’m going to attempt to post one to two photos from the past several months of sessions. the idea of posting several from each session has my brain ignoring blogging all together. so here are 3 favorites from my session with my handsome little nephew.

actually, i have to post this last one. with the promise of a sweet treat i convinced jude’s brother to join us for one or two. this is one of my favorite photos ever.

i’m so behind on blogging photos at this point, the best thing i can do is just pick up with the last session and maybe work my way backwards into photos i shot back in september! september…crazy. i have been so blessed with business that i just haven’t even been able to stay anywhere close to up to date on blogging. it’s been the best kind of blessing. i’m so grateful to all of you for your support!

miss cedar’s mommy contacted me to help try to capture the moment of her sweet little 15 month old during the holidays. i hope i was able to do just that.

cedar has just taken off walking the last few weeks. i really feel like this next photo conveys that. i love that time in a toddlers life when they’re not super sure of their steps, a little wobbly. so sweet.

here’s a little surprise. a wedding.

now, i should probably preface this post with this statement: i’m not a wedding photographer.

i sure had a lovely time helping a friend out in a time of wedding photographer emergency, though.

this first one is probably my favorite shot of the evening.

and, i know the gallery style way of posting photos isn’t the most popular because you can’t just scroll through, but there are several more photos. i’m going to have to go that route for time purposes. click on the images to enlarge.

i met this little fella on my trip to okc at the beginning of last month. poor little guy wasn’t feeling very well. i’m sure anyone that passed by thought we were a little crazy. i had an entire family (mom, dad, and big brothers) behind me while all of us pulled out all the stops getting evan to smile. we worked hard for each one, but i like to think it was worth it. look at his sweet face.

i’ve added a facebook tab above.

i think i’ve mentioned before that sometimes i post little peeks there that i don’t post here and i know when things get busy facebook is a lot more likely to be the place i show what i’m up to before here on the blog.

saying all that to say, my facebook page is now streaming on the blog. you have to click on that tab, however. i’m no html genius and that was the best i could do. while you’re visiting my new little tab, go on ahead and click like if your not already a “liker”
